Always a treat to dine here! Love the location, and while a little small on the inside, the covered dining option outside looked like a great place to dine al fresco during my next visit! The food is always cooked to perfection and served by a caring and attentive staff. I felt like I needed a gallon of that insanely delicious sour cream ice cream to take home! Praise heaven that was THE ice cream on the cake!
Such an amazing restaurant!! The atmosphere is truly phenomenal. Everyone is nice and inviting. The food is great! Absolutely delicious.
The salad: Such a great salad. It was simple yet so extraordinary. The lemon vinaigrette colliding with black pepper!! Pure bliss. And the lettuce is so delicate. Wow!!
Different flavours were exploding on my tongue. It’s so different, so unique and love how every week it’s something different. Have been here twice, first time was inside and second time was outside as it’s starting to cool down. Both such great experiences!
RIP to my bank account but it’s soooo worth it! You have to experience this place at least once!
Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The menu changes weekly, be sure to make a reservation, the 3 course option is the best option. My first time in person, but the to-go food is always consistently delicious. In my opinion, one of the best restaurants in SATX.
This is a refreshing, quaint little restaurant. I love that they change their menu every week. They do offer a vegetarian dish on that menu.
Though they only have wines, they do offer a drink of the week that is unique and flavorful.
The desserts are exquisite.
Each dish is made fresh that day, as well as the desserts. Even the noodles are made there in the restaurant. The presentation was delightful.
I can’t complement the entire staff enough. Everyone was so attentive.
I can’t wait to go back.
Still an amazing experience! Went back again and loved it! Loved every bit of this place! The decor, the music, the hospitality and the food! When we walked in we were greeted by the one of the owners Peggy, she was so friendly and sweet. It is nice to see a husband and wife working together ❤️ The food was fantastic! I did the cocktail pairing with dinner and everything complemented each other perfectly! We will definitely be going back again, and again... and again!
Delicious food, great service and awesome atmosphere! The alcohol pairing choice for the meal was great. The Cabernet could stand to be around 50F and not lukewarm room temperature (and maybe served in a wine glass), and some of the portions could stand to be bigger (creme brulee was around two tablespoons in portion size 😂 and FYI for the chef; could use a splash of Triple Sec added with the vanilla after combining the scalded heavy cream with the eggs/sugar mixture). I shouldn't have to go get McDonald's after spending almost $200 for two here. Shame, cause everything else was great.
The food was outstanding. Both vegetarian and meat options were delicious. The lamb fell off the bone and had so much flavor. We definitely will reserve on another night. Only thing left to desire was a little bit more leg room. Our party of 4 was cozy enough, just had to do a bit of shuffling to get out of our table/booth arrangement.
First meal in San Antonio and it’s going to be tough to beat. Great relaxed service. Friendly staff and a really cool property. Say hello to the turkeys! The food was great, and reasonably priced for a delicious three course tasting menu. I’d say get what I got but it might not be there tomorrow and I’m sure that is OK!
